About Me

Maggie Connors is the sole PWHL player from Newfoundland and Labrador. The St. John's native burst onto the pro scene after four successful years at Princeton University, where she was the youngest player taken in the inaugural draft to the Toronto Sceptres. Internationally, she’s represented Canada at multiple levels, including winning bronze at the 2018 IIHF U18 World Championships, competing with the U22 Development Team, and suiting up for the National Women’s Team in the 2023-2024 Rivalry Series. Off the ice, Maggie is passionate about giving back to her community and is committed to growing women’s hockey throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

Skate with Maggie Connors

It's always been Maggie's dream to give back and continue to grow girls' hockey in the place where it all started for her. This camp is designed to help young players build their game and develop the skills that have helped Maggie during her rise to the PWHL and Canadian National Team Program.

Campers will receive a Camp Connors jersey and a goodie bag. They will enjoy 7 hours of on-ice skills sessions and 3 hours of off-ice sessions with renowned strength and conditioning coach Ryan Power. Additionally, there will be educational presentations about Maggie's journey and what it takes to become a professional women's hockey player.
